Marina Monzeglio
Marina is a communications consultant based in Geneva, Switzerland. She has over 8 years of experience helping international organizations communicate their work and impact in an effective and engaging way.
Marina develops communications strategies aimed at raising the visibility of organizations, projects, events or campaigns and at increasing engagement with partners and key stakeholders. She enjoys producing and strategically disseminating content for a variety of supports and channels, including brochures and posters, websites and social media. Marina has managed the development of several organizational and project-related websites, and the design and deployment of logos and visual identities.
Currently, Marina manages communications on a part-time basis for START International, an organization promoting scientific research and science capacity building in Africa and Asia.
Prior to joining PlanAdapt and START, Marina was part of the communications teams of the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) and of the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands, based at the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN). She also volunteered with WWF International, developing content for their website and publications.
Marina holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Translation (English, French, Italian) from the University of Geneva, Switzerland.
